Tender Tubes Cleaning & Protection (TT) is designed to thoroughly clean and protect the inflatable tubes of your tender. The process begins by using TugScrub, a specialized scourer, to remove grime, salt, and scuffs from the surface of the tender tubes. Next, the tubes are carefully deflated to access and flush out channels, ensuring no hidden dirt or buildup is left behind. A mold treatment is then applied to eliminate any mildew or mold, followed by the application of a protective coating specifically formulated for inflatables to prevent UV damage and wear. Finally, the tender tubes are reinflated to the optimal pressure, leaving them clean, protected, and ready for use. This service typically takes a minimum of 1.5 hours for a standard tender. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit •A $250 CAD deposit is required to secure all service bookings. •This deposit is applied as a credit towards the total service cost but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, boat sale, or other circumstances that prevent service completion as scheduled. 2. Ownership Transfer During Service •If the boat is sold before service completion, the original client remains responsible for all service fees. •The new owner may continue the service by providing written consent and assuming payment responsibilities. •Refunds will not be issued for services started or materials allocated. 3. Liability Waiver •We Beautify Boats is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or manufacturer faults affecting the boat during service. •Clients agree to release and hold harmless We Beautify Boats, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages except those arising from proven negligence. 4. Service Guarantees •Services are performed to the highest standards using certified materials and methods. •We are not liable for damages resulting from untreated pre-existing issues or poor maintenance practices. 5. Media Release •Photos and videos may be taken of your boat before, during, and after service. These materials may be used for promotional and commercial purposes without additional permissions or compensation. •Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before services begin. 6. Scheduling and Cancellations •Services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed. •Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the $250 deposit. 7. Intellectual Property •All techniques, methods, and tools used during our services are proprietary to We Beautify Boats. Clients may not reproduce or utilize these for commercial purposes. 8. Payment Terms •Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For extensive services, milestone payments may apply. •Non-payment may result in additional fees or legal action. 9. Acknowledgment of Terms By confirming a service booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy is visible on all invoices, contracts, and booking confirmations.
