Frequently Asked Questions
How We Work

How do I book a service?
All bookings are completed online with self-directed scheduling. Visit our Full Boat Detailing Assessment page to choose your time and location. Your booking is confirmed instantly—no calls or emails required.
Is an in-person assessment required?
Yes. Every project begins with an in-person assessment to understand your boat’s needs and service goals. The $250 assessment fee is always fully credited toward your quote—so you never pay extra.

How does the booking and payment process work?
Once you accept your quote, you’ll immediately receive an invoice. Services are scheduled once payment is received. If adjustments are needed, we’ll communicate by email.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your boat’s length (10-ft increments), service level (1–5), and service type. You’ll receive a transparent, detailed quote after assessment.

When do I pay?
Payment is due once you accept your quote. Services are only scheduled after payment is received.
Yes. Seasonal packages include an average 35% discount compared to one-time services—best value for ongoing care.

How soon will my boat be serviced?
You select your own assessment schedule online. Once payment is confirmed, your service date is locked in.
What if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions and reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity if weather interferes.
