Spike Off the Water is a collaborative online creative consultation for individuals and businesses that need clarity, alignment, and forward motion. The work starts by zooming out. Before tools, platforms, or visuals, we step back and look at the real goals of your brand or business—what you’re trying to communicate, who it’s for, and what actually needs to happen next. From there, we choose the right skill set and the right digital assets to support that goal. I believe in collaborative intelligence. This is not me talking at you—it’s us working with the problem. What most companies spend weeks planning and months shopping vendors for, we can usually build, refine, and align in a single two-hour working session. In two-hour blocks, we: Establish clear direction tied to real outcomes Build or refine AI workflows, videos, websites, agents, and images Offer immediate feedback and make live adjustments Leave you with finished assets or a clear, executable structure This service exists because it’s effective—and because it’s enjoyable to do meaningful creative work with people who are ready to move. We build. We adjust. We do something awesome. Sessions are offered exclusively in two-hour blocks to keep momentum high and results tangible.
Service Policy
AI Art Booking Policy — Spike Off the Water All visual, written, and digital creative outputs produced during Spike Off the Water sessions are created using artificial intelligence tools, guided by human creative direction and experience. By booking a session, the client acknowledges that all deliverables are AI-assisted or AI-generated, with no claim of traditional hand authorship. All creative works are owned by Shane |Spike| Desloges until payment is received in full. Upon completion of the session and confirmation of payment, final assets are digitally transferred to the client, who receives full, unrestricted usage rights for personal or commercial use. No royalties, licensing fees, or ongoing obligations apply. Ownership transfer applies only to delivered final assets; working drafts, unused variations, prompts, and internal processes remain the property of Shane Delage unless otherwise agreed. Attribution is not required, but respectfully appreciated when reasonable. Suggested credit: “Created with Spike Off the Water AI Art.” Sessions are offered exclusively in two-hour blocks. Full payment is required in advance to confirm a booking. Unpaid sessions are not held or delivered. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrival reduces available time and does not extend the session. All bookings are final. Refunds are not offered. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be considered only at sole discretion with at least 48 hours’ notice, due to genuine unforeseen circumstances, and subject to availability. Missed sessions or late cancellations are forfeited. All deliverables are provided digitally during or immediately after the session. No physical media is supplied. Raw files or prompts are shared only if explicitly agreed. This service provides creative direction and execution only. No guarantees are made regarding platform approval, algorithm performance, or third-party acceptance. By booking, the client confirms acceptance of this policy in full.
