This one-time, comprehensive service ensures your vessel is clean, protected, and ready for storage, so you can enjoy a hassle-free start next season. This plan includes: Level 3 Deck Wash: Deep cleaning to remove grime, stains, and accumulated dirt. Precision scrubbing to restore deck brilliance before storage. Level 3 Interior Detailing: Intensive cleaning and odor removal to refresh your cabin. Sanitization of all surfaces to protect against mildew and pests. Level 2 Bottom Prep: Removal of fouling and light sanding to preserve your hull’s condition. Canvas Removal: Careful removal and storage preparation of canvas coverings to prevent wear or damage. This comprehensive package takes the stress out of preparing for off-season storage. Service Policy
By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit • A $250 CAD deposit is required to secure all service bookings. • This deposit is applied as a credit towards the total service cost but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, boat sale, or other circumstances that prevent service completion as scheduled. 2. Ownership Transfer During Service • If the boat is sold before service completion, the original client remains responsible for all service fees. • The new owner may continue the service by providing written consent and assuming payment responsibilities. • Refunds will not be issued for services started or materials allocated. 3. Liability Waiver • We Beautify Boats is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or manufacturer faults affecting the boat during service. • Clients agree to release and hold harmless We Beautify Boats, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages except those arising from proven negligence. 4. Service Guarantees • Services are performed to the highest standards using certified materials and methods. • We are not liable for damages resulting from untreated pre-existing issues or poor maintenance practices. 5. Media Release • Photos and videos may be taken of your boat before, during, and after service. These materials may be used for promotional and commercial purposes without additional permissions or compensation. • Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before services begin. 6. Scheduling and Cancellations • Services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed. • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the $250 deposit. 7. Intellectual Property • All techniques, methods, and tools used during our services are proprietary to We Beautify Boats. Clients may not reproduce or utilize these for commercial purposes. 8. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For extensive services, milestone payments may apply. • Non-payment may result in additional fees or legal action. 9. Acknowledgment of Terms By confirming a service booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy is visible on all invoices, contracts, and booking confirmations.
