Service Description

After a long off-season, your boat requires a systematic reset before hitting the water. Dust, stale air, and light oxidation naturally accumulate during winter storage. The Launch Ready Plan is a comprehensive spring commissioning detailing service engineered to prep, polish, and prime your vessel for a flawless season. This one-time package addresses the boat as a complete system. On the exterior, a Level 3 Deck Wash deeply scrubs away winter accumulation and clears lockers. Below the rub rail, we execute a Level 2 Hull Polish, utilizing medium machine compounding to remove light oxidation before applying a durable protective coating. Inside the cabin, a Level 3 Interior Detailing utilizes intensive steam cleaning to sanitize surfaces and deodorize stale air. Lastly, we carefully install your canvas systems for a proper, secure fit. Explicit Exclusions: This is not an extreme restoration package. It does not address heavy structural gelcoat failure, Level 5 wet-sanding correction, or extreme interior mold abatement. Ideal Client: Owners wanting a professional, turnkey detailing reset to launch their boating season with a clean, polished, and protected vessel. What is included in the Launch Ready Plan? It provides a complete pre-launch reset including a Level 3 Deck Wash, a Level 2 Hull Polish, a Level 3 Interior Detailing, and canvas installation. Will the Level 2 Hull Polish fix deep scratches and heavy oxidation? No. Level 2 polishing targets light oxidation and minor surface dullness. Severe oxidation and deep scratches require a Level 4 or 5 restorative polish. Do I need an in-person assessment before booking this plan? Yes. Every service requires a $250 assessment to confirm your boat's condition matches the service scope, which is fully credited toward your final quote

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit •A $250 CAD deposit is required to secure all service bookings. •This deposit is applied as a credit towards the total service cost but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, boat sale, or other circumstances that prevent service completion as scheduled. 2. Ownership Transfer During Service •If the boat is sold before service completion, the original client remains responsible for all service fees. •The new owner may continue the service by providing written consent and assuming payment responsibilities. •Refunds will not be issued for services started or materials allocated. 3. Liability Waiver •We Beautify Boats is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or manufacturer faults affecting the boat during service. •Clients agree to release and hold harmless We Beautify Boats, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages except those arising from proven negligence. 4. Service Guarantees •Services are performed to the highest standards using certified materials and methods. •We are not liable for damages resulting from untreated pre-existing issues or poor maintenance practices. 5. Media Release •Photos and videos may be taken of your boat before, during, and after service. These materials may be used for promotional and commercial purposes without additional permissions or compensation. •Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before services begin. 6. Scheduling and Cancellations •Services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed. •Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the $250 deposit. 7. Intellectual Property •All techniques, methods, and tools used during our services are proprietary to We Beautify Boats. Clients may not reproduce or utilize these for commercial purposes. 8. Payment Terms •Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For extensive services, milestone payments may apply. •Non-payment may result in additional fees or legal action. 9. Acknowledgment of Terms By confirming a service booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy is visible on all invoices, contracts, and booking confirmations.
