Deck Wash - Level 4 Disaster
The ultimate deep-clean for heavily soiled decks and neglected boats.
Service Description
A boat left exposed to the elements does not just get dirty; it becomes an active biological surface. Deck Wash Level 4 is our disaster-level boat deck cleaning service, designed specifically for severely neglected boats exposed to harsh environmental conditions or long-term storage. When vessels are left untreated for extended periods, routine cleaning methods completely fail. Thick moss, heavy black lichen, active mold colonies, and hardened tree sap bond to the gelcoat and non-skid. This service exists to safely strip away extreme environmental takeover so you can finally assess the true condition of your vessel. We perform this recovery using a high-strength, eco-friendly detergent formulated to break down heavy biological layers. Technicians execute heavy-duty scrubbing across all deck surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas, heavily soiled vinyl seating, and accessible trim. We utilize targeted mold and grime removers before concluding with a controlled high-pressure power rinse to safely flush away the massive volume of loosened contaminants. The entire deck is then meticulously dried with microfiber. This is strictly a cleaning and contamination recovery service. It explicitly excludes surface restoration, gelcoat oxidation removal, and structural repairs. If your gelcoat is deeply oxidized beneath the mold, this service will reveal those flaws, not fix them. Clean does not mean restored. Success means the biological growth is completely eradicated, leaving the boat neutralized and ready for a true condition assessment. Once Level 4 is complete, the newly exposed but weathered gelcoat will almost certainly require an honest handoff to our Deck Polishing services to physically correct the surface structure.
