Service Description

An enclosed boat cabin operates as a moisture and air system. Even when not in heavy use, dust, stale air, and allergens naturally accumulate inside a sealed vessel. The Cabin Comfort Weekly Plan solves this by delivering consistent, professional attention to maintain a fresh, welcoming environment all season. This plan includes 24 scheduled visits of Level 1 Interior Detailing. We perform an anti-bacterial wipe-down of all visible interior surfaces, thorough vacuuming of carpets and upholstery to remove tracked-in dirt, and interior window cleaning for streak-free views. We finish each visit with professional deodorizing to maintain a healthy air quality. We rely on specialized marine vacuums, microfiber cloths, and mild, interior-safe cleaning solutions. Explicit Exclusions: This is a maintenance plan. It explicitly does not include deep stain extraction, mold remediation, interior storage/cupboard cleaning, or steam sanitization. Ideal Client: Owners who prioritize a spotless, odor-free cabin and want consistent, hands-off care week after week What is included in the Cabin Comfort Weekly Plan? It includes 24 weekly visits of Level 1 Interior Detailing, featuring anti-bacterial wipe-downs, vacuuming, window cleaning, and professional deodorizing. Does this plan include deep cleaning inside cupboards and drawers? No. Level 1 focuses exclusively on visible, exposed interior surfaces. Deep storage cleaning requires a Level 2 detailing service. Will this service remove mold or mildew smells? No. This is a routine upkeep service. Resolving mold or severe odors requires our intensive Level 4 Interior Detailing and ozone abatement

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit •A $250 CAD deposit is required to secure all service bookings. •This deposit is applied as a credit towards the total service cost but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, boat sale, or other circumstances that prevent service completion as scheduled. 2. Ownership Transfer During Service •If the boat is sold before service completion, the original client remains responsible for all service fees. •The new owner may continue the service by providing written consent and assuming payment responsibilities. •Refunds will not be issued for services started or materials allocated. 3. Liability Waiver •We Beautify Boats is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or manufacturer faults affecting the boat during service. •Clients agree to release and hold harmless We Beautify Boats, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages except those arising from proven negligence. 4. Service Guarantees •Services are performed to the highest standards using certified materials and methods. •We are not liable for damages resulting from untreated pre-existing issues or poor maintenance practices. 5. Media Release •Photos and videos may be taken of your boat before, during, and after service. These materials may be used for promotional and commercial purposes without additional permissions or compensation. •Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before services begin. 6. Scheduling and Cancellations •Services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed. •Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the $250 deposit. 7. Intellectual Property •All techniques, methods, and tools used during our services are proprietary to We Beautify Boats. Clients may not reproduce or utilize these for commercial purposes. 8. Payment Terms •Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For extensive services, milestone payments may apply. •Non-payment may result in additional fees or legal action. 9. Acknowledgment of Terms By confirming a service booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy is visible on all invoices, contracts, and booking confirmations.
