If opening the companionway reveals overwhelming odor or visible mold growth, routine detailing is no longer sufficient—professional remediation is required. We treat the interior as a closed environmental system. Mold spores, pests, and mycotoxins are legitimate respiratory hazards. This level prioritizes onboard health over appearance, ensuring you are not breathing active contaminants. Our technicians use industrial steam, antimicrobial solutions, and targeted ozone treatment to sanitize all interior spaces, including cabinetry, bilges, and hard-to-reach compartments. Ozone neutralizes severe odors at their biological source rather than masking them. This is environmental remediation, not renovation. Structural repairs, upholstery replacement, or wood reconstruction are excluded. The service eliminates biological threats and reveals the true condition of materials—it does not restore neglected finishes. Success at this level means active growth eradicated, pests addressed, and heavy odors neutralized—leaving a safe, healthy cabin and a clean starting point for the vessel’s next phase. FAQ Section • Does this service include replacing moldy carpets or vinyl? No. Level 4 is strictly an environmental remediation and cleaning service. We neutralize and extract the biological growth, but we do not perform structural repairs or replace degraded materials. • Is the ozone treatment safe for the interior? Yes, when performed correctly. We seal the environment and use controlled ozone technology to eradicate airborne bacteria and deeply embedded odors. The cabin is safely ventilated before anyone re-enters. • How long does a Level 4 interior remediation take? It requires a minimum of 4 hours for an average 30-foot boat, but as a multi-day service, time varies significantly based on the severity of the mold, pest presence, and the complexity of the interior layout.

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit •A $250 CAD deposit is required to secure all service bookings. •This deposit is applied as a credit towards the total service cost but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, boat sale, or other circumstances that prevent service completion as scheduled. 2. Ownership Transfer During Service •If the boat is sold before service completion, the original client remains responsible for all service fees. •The new owner may continue the service by providing written consent and assuming payment responsibilities. •Refunds will not be issued for services started or materials allocated. 3. Liability Waiver •We Beautify Boats is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or manufacturer faults affecting the boat during service. •Clients agree to release and hold harmless We Beautify Boats, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages except those arising from proven negligence. 4. Service Guarantees •Services are performed to the highest standards using certified materials and methods. •We are not liable for damages resulting from untreated pre-existing issues or poor maintenance practices. 5. Media Release •Photos and videos may be taken of your boat before, during, and after service. These materials may be used for promotional and commercial purposes without additional permissions or compensation. •Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before services begin. 6. Scheduling and Cancellations •Services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed. •Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the $250 deposit. 7. Intellectual Property •All techniques, methods, and tools used during our services are proprietary to We Beautify Boats. Clients may not reproduce or utilize these for commercial purposes. 8. Payment Terms •Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For extensive services, milestone payments may apply. •Non-payment may result in additional fees or legal action. 9. Acknowledgment of Terms By confirming a service booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy is visible on all invoices, contracts, and booking confirmations.
