Non-Compete Clause Participants agree not to start or work in competing services or businesses based on training knowledge within a 100-mile radius of any We Beautify Boats location for two (2) years following the course. 3. Media Release Participants grant We Beautify Boats the right to record and use photos, videos, and other media from training sessions for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without further permissions or compensation. 4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver Participation involves physical activities and risks. By enrolling, participants: • Assume responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during training. • Release and hold harmless We Beautify Boats, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from all related claims. Note: Only We Beautify Boats employees are covered under WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) and company liability insurance. 5. Intellectual Property All course content, methods, and materials remain the exclusive property of We Beautify Boats. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for personal or commercial purposes outside of training. 6.
