Crew Training Participation Agreement By participating in our training courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Confidentiality (NDA) Participants must keep all proprietary information confidential, including techniques, processes, and course materials. Sharing or using this information outside of training is prohibited without written consent from We Beautify Boats. 2. Non-Solicitation Agreement Participants agree that, for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of any training or engagement with We Beautify Boats, they shall not, directly or indirectly: Solicit or attempt to solicit any clients, customers, or leads of We Beautify Boats for competing marine detailing or related services; Solicit or attempt to hire, contract, or otherwise engage any current staff or contractors of We Beautify Boats. This clause applies within a 200-kilometer radius of any active We Beautify Boats service location and is intended to protect the integrity of our team and client relationships without unreasonably restricting participants' future opportunities. 3. Media Release Participants grant We Beautify Boats the right to record and use photos, videos, and other media from training sessions for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without further permissions or compensation. 4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver Participation involves physical activities and risks. By enrolling, participants: • Assume responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during training. • Release and hold harmless We Beautify Boats, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from all related claims. Note: Only We Beautify Boats employees are covered under WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) and company liability insurance. 5. Intellectual Property All course content, methods, and materials remain the exclusive property of We Beautify Boats. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for personal or commercial purposes outside of training. 6. Acknowledgment of Terms Enrollment signifies understanding and acceptance of these terms. Non-compliance may result in immediate dismissal without refund. For additional details, please contact us.
