The Always Ready Weekly Plan: What Full-Season Boat Care Really Looks Like

Every marina has that one boat that always looks perfect—clean decks, spotless hull, fresh interior. It's not luck. It's a plan. And more often than not, it’s ours.
In Ontario’s busy boating season, neglect doesn’t take long to show. One rainy week, one shoreline blow-in, one missed cleanup—and suddenly you're scrubbing instead of cruising.

The Always Ready Weekly Plan is how we keep serious boaters out of the work loop and on the water.
This isn’t a light rinse or quick vacuum. It’s structured, scheduled, and designed to protect your time and your investment.
What’s Included with Always Ready Weekly Plan: Real Maintenance on a Real Schedule
24 Weekly Service Visits – On Site
Our techs come to your marina or yacht club every week—rain or shine—to handle the following:
Deck Wash (Level 1)
Removes surface dirt, bird droppings, and environmental fallout before they settle or stain. We spot check high-traffic wear and keep eyes on areas that tend to degrade fast.

Interior Detail (Level 1)
Freshens upholstery, checks for moisture buildup, and keeps surfaces inviting. If you spend weekends aboard or entertain guests, this is what keeps your cabin show-ready without lifting a finger.
6 Monthly Service Sessions – Alternating Focus
Each month, we rotate through these two key services:
Hull Wash (Level 1)Removes scum lines, airborne grime, and general buildup that can dull your gelcoat and accelerate degradation.

Wax Application We apply a maintenance coat to topsides and critical areas, preserving gloss and enhancing UV protection between major polishing jobs.
This isn’t just about looks. Regular waxing prevents surface oxidation and keeps long-term restoration costs down.
What It’s For: Boats That Get Used
This plan is best suited for:
Owners who use their boat weekly or more
Clients who host guests or charter informally
Vessels over 30’ with visible exterior finishes
Boats stored wet for most of the season
The value isn’t just cleanliness—it’s readiness. You pull in, step aboard, and go. That consistency matters when you only have a few precious months of boating in Ontario’s tight season.

What to Expect: Limitations and Realities
This plan covers Level 1 service tiers—not deep polishing or restorative work. Think of it like routine housekeeping, not a renovation.
We won’t remove oxidation or staining—that's separate.
SEE HULL POLISHING or DECK POLISHING
We won’t empty storage lockers or handle waste systems.
We need dockside access and consistent scheduling.
And while we keep a close eye on your vessel’s condition, we’ll flag anything that looks like it’s beyond routine care. When that happens, you’ll get options, not surprises.
When Weekly Service Isn’t a Luxury—It’s a Strategy
For newer boats, consistent care extends the lifespan of finishes and fittings. For older boats, it prevents decline from accelerating. For working professionals and remote owners, it keeps things turnkey.
You’ll spend less time prepping, less money fixing, and more time using your boat.
We’ve spent 30+ years taking boats from neglected to beautiful. But we’d rather keep them beautiful from the start. That’s what Always Ready delivers.
